Open Gym Plan
The open gym plan is a no non-sense, 24/7 access plan where you (the lifter) get full access to the Sportless Compound inside and the grounds outside to do whatever programming your heart desires. Tired of getting yelled at for deadlifting? We've got you!
The Team Plan
Our Team Plan is a 4 day per week workout program designed to increase your strength, fitness level, and resilience in everyday life. Although this is done on your own time you will have access to coaches on staff and get routine strategy reviews to hold you accountable and discuss ways to keep moving forward.. Interested but unsure if you are ready? Ask about our ramp up program!
Whether you are training at Sportless or another great gym in the area, we can tailor workout programs to your specific needs. Want to compete in obstacle course races or lifting meets? We've got you covered there too. All workouts come with access to a coach with regular check ins via our Sportless Fitness App
WHAT IS RAMP UP?
The heaviest weight you will ever lift is the door to the gym on your first day and we understand that. Ramp up is our solution to introduce you to the gym and our culture in a slow and hands on way. When you begin Ramp Up, you will get 12 Personal training sessions with a coach who will partner with you every step of the way on your first month of fitness (or your first month back in a while) leading you into our Team membership with confidence!
